Q: Can I change the recommended template that you have advertised for each product? A: The information for each product is added once your order is received. If you wish to alter any of the text that we have advertised, or would like the design to change in any way, we should be able to fulfill this request for you. For more information, please email us email us stating the wording you would like, we can then get back to you to confirm if this is possible, as well as inform you if there are any additional costs involved.

Q: How do I know when my order will arrive? A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Before contacting us please check your confirmation email for details on dispatch. All items should arrive within approximately 5 days of being dispatched, however this is only an estimate and we rely on Royal Mail standard and tracked services. 

Q: Am I able to return my order if it is not suitable or I have changed my mind? A: We are unable to accept returns for products that have been personalised for you that you no longer want.
